From the spa we headed back to the Elmich office to look at the product and method of construction. Then off to the Singapore Polytechnic school of Art and Design. A new building completed last year with a fully integrated extensive green roof. An interesting building showing how green roofs can be used very successfully. The building has been awarded a 5 star green rating which they are very proud of.

The building is located in Nanyang Technological University NTU)and not Singapore Polytechnic. We carried out the entire roof waterproofing work.
